Installation Notes
The track is shipped by default as a straight ceiling-mounted rail with center opening unless specified otherwise.
If you are unsure how to customize the track, you may send a photo of your window with dimensions in centimeters, and guidance will be provided.

Important Setup Instructions:

Always install the sliding components before testing or attaching the motor.

Do not attach the motor until the track operates smoothly by hand, or the internal belt may be damaged.

Shipping Information
Due to international logistics restrictions, the track will be cut into 1-meter segments and shipped in sections. Buyers must assemble the track themselves.
