CN Version Aqara E1 Hub Gateway is a Zigbee 3.0 and Wi-Fi relay device that supports remote control for smart home systems. It is compatible with Xiaomi Mijia, Mi Home, HomeKit, and the Aqara Home App.
Important Notice
This product works only with servers located in Mainland China.
When connecting with the Aqara Home or Mi Home app, you must set the region to Mainland China in the app settings for successful pairing.
The Aqara Gateway E1 is compatible with Mi Home App, Apple HomeKit, and the Aqara Home App. However, please note:
Switching between platforms (e.g., from Mi Home to Aqara Home App) will reset the gateway to factory settings. This will require reconfiguration of the network, automation settings, and reconnection of any sub-devices.
The gateway cannot connect to both the Mijia and Aqara Home apps simultaneously. Use either Mijia App + HomeKit or Aqara Home App + HomeKit, not both.
